"Perfect stay"
Finding the Premier Inn hub Marylebone was easy , it lies between 2 tube stations so made getting around easy. We were greeted at reception by 2 absolutely wonderful ladies, Mila and Meena (apologies if I've got your names slightly wrong !) A credit to Premier Inn, we watched how they systematically greeted everyone checking in and out with the same kindness and enthusiasm . Our room on the 9th floor, was everything we expected with great air-conditioning, (temps got up to 32 on our visit!) clean bedding, fabulous shower, fluffy towels etc. The bar area was a great place to sit and enjoy a drink or two, great a/c again ! We had breakfast on our second morning and what a spread there was. For £8 pp, in London ? Bargain ! This hotel offers, early check in, luggage storage and a lot more fantastic amenities but the staff made this a place we will never forget . I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Premier Inn Hub Marylebone to anyone travelling to London 😎

"Rude staff, would not recommend and would not stay again."
I was staying with my husband at your hotel in London, Marylebone for five days (July 4th-July 9th). I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a distressing incident that occurred at the reception.
On 07-July-2025, I approached the front desk to kindly request a bottle of water. The receptionist Angela, responded in a very unprofessional and rude manner, stating that complimentary water is only provided on the first day. While I understand hotel policies, what deeply concerned me was her dismissive attitude and the disrespectful tone she used.
Moreover, I could not help but feel that the treatment I received may have been influenced by bias, as I am visibly Muslim and wear the hijab. Her behavior left me feeling singled out and unwelcome.
This experience is extremely disappointing, especially in a city known for its diversity and hospitality. I hope the hotel management takes this complaint seriously, investigates the matter, and ensures respectful and fair treatment of all guests, regardless of background or appearance.
I expect a response regarding this issue and any steps to be taken.
Sincerely,
Nada Alsayegh

"Impressed by the staff and hotel"
From the minute I arrived at the Hub I was greeted warmly at check in, I was impressed at the extra touches - Green and Black chocolates on the desk. Complimentary tea and coffee. I requested a room with a window, though not the biggest of rooms , the bed was so comfy, the pillows perfect for me. So clean, lovely big bath towel. Powerful shower. Irons and ironing boards on every floor.
The staff were so friendly and helpful with every engagement. I was so impressed with Angela and Rodica who I chatted to the most over my two day stay, nothing was too much trouble for them if I asked a question or needed help, lovely women.
The lobby was more upscale for a hotel that is supposed to be more on the budget scale, gorgeous, great location for us for 2 concerts at Hyde Park.
Highly recommend this hotel, staff are 5 out of 5! Thank you for a pleasant stay.

"Comfy bed - wish there had been a window"
Comfy bed and nice breakfast, but it was a shame not to have a window in my tiny room. I've stayed in Hubs before and have had a window, so I did feel boxed in. Nice to have a late checkout as standard so was able to work in the cafe / lounge area the following morning.

"Great Location"
We stayed at the Hub by Premier Inn Marylebone in May when attending an event at St Mary's Church, the location is perfect, takes about 5 minutes to walk round to the church.
It's also in a great location for buses and the underground. We travelled into Euston and jumped on a bus to the hotel as it seemed easier than going on the underground, took about 20 minutes.
It's about a 10-15 minute walk to Regents Park, which is a lovely park to visit if you haven't been (the boating lake was good fun!)
We arrived a little early (I thought check in was 2pm, it's 3pm!) so the gentlemen on reception said we could help ourselves to a drink from the machine in the bar area. Unfortunately despite it being shown on the menu, they don't have decaf tea.
They let us check in about 30 minutes early which was nice of them, and even gave us a chocolate!
I'd emailed the hotel requesting a low level room with a window and they obliged, I do regret booking a regular room for two of us though, they're very compact and I will in future only book a bigger room.
The room was clean and had everything you needed, including a bottle of water each.
They don't have tea and coffee making faculties in the room but you can help yourself in the bar area, this has it's pros and cons, the choices are better than what you'd find with an in room kettle but it is a bit of a faff having to go downstairs to make the drinks.
We stayed for one night and slept really well, the beds are always really comfy and the pillows are good too.
I always think the showers in Hubs are decent, nice big head, always a walk in shower and plenty of pressure. I sometimes find the towels have a strong smell in some hotels, Hubs especially but these weren't too bad.
Overall we had a very good stay and it's one of the better Hubs that we've stayed in (the one near Paddington wasn't great!) but it was £170 for one night, for a regular room including breakfast, which is a bit steep considering Hubs are supposed to be Premier Inn's budget offering. We would stay again.
