"Amazing staff and an amazing stay"
We had a fantastic stay at this wonderfully managed hotel. The staff were highly professional and the hotel was run brilliantly, from the friendly and welcoming check in to the chatty staff behind the bar and and a smoothly run breakfast service. Our stay was one of the best city break hotel experiences i have ever had and the management and staff at this hotel should in my opinion be recognised by the Premier Inn group for their efforts. A really nice touch also was after we explained we had missed the Coldplay concert due to the tube strikes they left a lovely card and a complimentary drink in our room saying "We have got you" This was a fantastic touch from the staff which showed they cared. The rooms were spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent and close to public transport when no strikes are on. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London and will return here on my next visit to the city
"Excellent first stay"
First time for us Marylebone hub as we usually stay at the Westminster one. We booked a bigger room as usual as we feel the extra £20 is good value. The room was clean and tidy with plenty of storage and being at the end of the corridor on the 4th floor was also very quiet. Despite being right on the eve of a very busy main road (Marylebone Road) there was no noise from outside. You are very close to Edgware Road tube station (closed during our visit to to strike action) but it only takes around 30 minutes to walk to Oxford Street. Breakfast is very good at only £8 but he advised it is different to Premier Inn sites so don’t expect to get what you would there. We have to go back to London in a few weeks and will stay here again, friendly team, quick check in, tables cleared quickly at breakfast, no hassle stay. Perfect for the price. Tips: Read about the hotel before you book, it’s not rather same as a Premier Inn. Some rooms don’t have windows and the standard rooms have beds against the wall so you need to climb over each other if there are 2 of you.
"Great set up for staying in London"
Needed to stay overnight for medical procedure next day. Was very impressed with the Hub set up, very friendly welcome and clean room. Really appreciated the complimentary tea downstairs and liked the bar area. Would visit again.
"Comfortable place to stay."
I was going to my daughters wedding, and stayed here for two nights. It was very clean and the room had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was clean and comfortable, and the whole building was so well soundproof that you couldn't hear any traffic ,and couldn't hear people coming or going to their rooms.I would highly recommend staying here.
"Excellent stay!"
Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Check-in was so efficient and the staff were so helpful. Was given 2 lovely rooms and they were spotlessly clean and bed was comfy and breakfast, which I paid for on the day, was very tasty and plenty of it even though we went down towards the end of service. Close to Marylebone too, 3 mins walk. Will be returning again when I visit London again.
