"Comfy bed - wish there had been a window"
Comfy bed and nice breakfast, but it was a shame not to have a window in my tiny room. I've stayed in Hubs before and have had a window, so I did feel boxed in. Nice to have a late checkout as standard so was able to work in the cafe / lounge area the following morning.

"Great Location"
We stayed at the Hub by Premier Inn Marylebone in May when attending an event at St Mary's Church, the location is perfect, takes about 5 minutes to walk round to the church.
It's also in a great location for buses and the underground. We travelled into Euston and jumped on a bus to the hotel as it seemed easier than going on the underground, took about 20 minutes.
It's about a 10-15 minute walk to Regents Park, which is a lovely park to visit if you haven't been (the boating lake was good fun!)
We arrived a little early (I thought check in was 2pm, it's 3pm!) so the gentlemen on reception said we could help ourselves to a drink from the machine in the bar area. Unfortunately despite it being shown on the menu, they don't have decaf tea.
They let us check in about 30 minutes early which was nice of them, and even gave us a chocolate!
I'd emailed the hotel requesting a low level room with a window and they obliged, I do regret booking a regular room for two of us though, they're very compact and I will in future only book a bigger room.
The room was clean and had everything you needed, including a bottle of water each.
They don't have tea and coffee making faculties in the room but you can help yourself in the bar area, this has it's pros and cons, the choices are better than what you'd find with an in room kettle but it is a bit of a faff having to go downstairs to make the drinks.
We stayed for one night and slept really well, the beds are always really comfy and the pillows are good too.
I always think the showers in Hubs are decent, nice big head, always a walk in shower and plenty of pressure. I sometimes find the towels have a strong smell in some hotels, Hubs especially but these weren't too bad.
Overall we had a very good stay and it's one of the better Hubs that we've stayed in (the one near Paddington wasn't great!) but it was £170 for one night, for a regular room including breakfast, which is a bit steep considering Hubs are supposed to be Premier Inn's budget offering. We would stay again.

"Everything you could need with no compromise on comfort!"
The rooms are designed exceptionally well so that you have everything you need including a desk and plenty of storage space. The room was exceptionally clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The heating system/air con was an added bonus as it was 32 degrees outside! I slept better here than at home. Would highly recommend.

"Comfortable but poor communication"
Overall a good stay in the hub as it provides a comfortable, well equipped stay in a prime location - close to Hyde Park and local tube stations. We have previously stayed in a hub Hotel and found the early check in system fair and useful. Unfortunately, on this trip we found communication regarding check-in to be poor. On arrival we asked about early-check-in availability and we were told that unless we had booked this online? (we checked this afterwards and the only mention of early check-in is to ask staff on arrival) then no rooms would be available until 3pm. We asked if there was chance any rooms would come available early than this time and were abruptly reminded it was 3pm. While another member of staff kindly said that if we came around 2:30 then this would be ok. We later arrived at the hotel around 2:15 to find a lobby full of guests waiting to check in. Every time a person arrived and asked to check in they were promptly told 3pm with no further explanation. One lady even asked, “does that mean all 50+ people in this lobby will have to line up at 3pm to check in?” This caused much inconvenience with multiple people applying make up while others resorted to a complete outfit change in the middle of the lobby! Sure enough at 2:50 a line began which spilled out of the door and onto the street! We understand the regular check in was 3pm, but the system to make everybody wait until this point seemed unnecessary, particularly missing the point of early check-in etiquette. The hotel could help to accommodate guests, particularly when an event is taking place locally, by making allowances for changing areas etc. Regardless we did enjoy our stay, the breakfast was lovely and room cosy and comfortable.
