Another fantastic stay at The Hub, Kings Cross. Excellent service, as always from Pato and all the team. Breakfast was superb and great value, the best scrambled egg! Thank you all.

The hotel is in a great location, near to King's Cross and we were able to leave our bags in the secure store, whilst we went into the city. Upon arrival, to check in, Rita went above and beyond in welcoming us to the hotel. It was my wife's birthday and the welcome included an impromptu rendition of 'Happy Birthday'. The room was spotlessly clean. We went to theatre and upon our return there was a bunch of silk flowers, chocolate and birthday card and birthday girl rosette for my wife. Unbelievable service from Rita and the team. I can't thank you enough for the excellent service which made my wife's birthday all the more special.
"Stuffy and hot hot room, terrible value for money."
Staff were very helpful and good, but couldn't get the aircon fixed or move my room as they were fully booked. The rooms air-conditioning was faulty, making for a very stuffy, hot and uncomfortable stay. I hardly slept either night and left exhausted, as I was just there to sleep in between work. At a crazy £250 per night I would expect the basics in the room to work at the very least.

Great location for what we needed. Very chilled atmosphere if you're staying for work and just hanging out in the lounge area. Rooms clean and well laid out. Limited menu for dinner and one downside for a fussy eater on breakfast, no cereals other than porridge/muesli and limited cooked breakfast compared to other hubs we've stayed. All round a good experience and would stay again.
