"Wonderful trip in London and at the Hub."
I spent two nights 3 days down in London and chose the Hub because of its location near the station. It’s clean and well maintained. The service I had from every member of staff I had was excellent. They were so kind and friendly. Check in was quick and efficient. I had a lovely lady provide me with more towels when I asked. On my first night I found that there was a strange hissing sound coming from a panel in my room. The next morning I spoke to a gentleman on reception and he said maintenance would look at it right away. I went out for the day came back in the afternoon and the problem was fixed. But if it hadn’t of been fixed the gentleman promised he would move me if needed. I also had another lovely gentleman help me when I needed some first aid. The breakfast was lovely with lots of options. The bar in the afternoon was relaxing and well stocked and the bar staff friendly and attentive, having a nice chat with you while they got your drink. The room was perfect for my needs. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. Checkout was a breeze and the lady at the front desk was very helpful when I asked if I could store my bags for the afternoon as I still had things to do in London and didn’t want to be dragging it all with me. Also the lady later in the evening who was there to help me retrieve my bags was also very friendly and helpful even in the evening rush of guest checking in. Overall my experience with this hotel was wonderful and I will be definitely being staying there again anytime I need to be staying in London.

"Great stopover"
I stay at this Premier Inn every time in London for work. Great location and easy to find. It's clean and ideal just for a no fuss stopover. Front of house staff are friendly and Rita who checked me in was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable and welcoming. It was a pleasure to meet Rita.

"Great stay!"
come to this Premier inn a few times a year, usually with my daughter. The staff are always polite and accommodating. This stay was for mine and my daughters birthday. We were met by Rita who us so bubbly and smiley!!! ..she welcomed us . On returning from.our evening out we were suprised in our room whete a tray had been left with a lovely birthday note and some nice goodies! Thank you to.all the staff who made are stay another great one! See you soon in February! Sarah & Chantal

"No longer value for money!"
2 night stay so paid for a bigger room, when I checked in I asked for a room with the window facing out to a street side, after checking their system the had some but we would need to wait, which was no problem, then she changed her mind and said they didn’t have a street view room but did have a courtyard view, so we had that room, once we unpacked we drew the blind to see no courtyard but more a prison hole with the adjacent room no more than 6 feet away and no natural daylight as we were on the first floor so had to keep the blind permanently closed.
TV - on previous stays at this hotel the TVs have the option to connect to your phone so you can stream from your apps, Netflix, prime etc…. This was always a great feature, however after trying for way too long to connect to my phone from the option on screen I gave up and thought, well the free view channels are enough, but no, only BBC1 seemed to work all the others channels didn’t have enough signal (this could be due to the location of our room, in the prison hole) I did query this with the staff and they said, oh yes this facility was removed and there are only a couple of rooms that this option remains, I suggest they update their TV menus to remove the option. I hadn’t planned to watch loads of TV as we had things planned but it’s a facility you pay for and expect to work. The lights/aircon control panel did not work properly, there was no low light option it was either medium or full light and the aircon would only work on 21 temperature. Finally room cleans, there is an option to select for the room not to be made up and do not disturb, so we assumed if we didn’t select either then our room would be made up, which was required as there is only one tiny bin so needed some rubbish removed and our bed made for the second night, again a service expected in the cost of your stay, however we have since been informed that if you want your room made up you need to let reception know, this information would have been helpful to have in your room along with other information regarding iron/iron board location and extra pillows, toilet rolls etc……

"Great location, great room, great staff: we will go back for more."
We went to London with my partner for a conference. The Hotel is conveniently located right next to Kings Cross train underground station which was great. The are was safe and had lots of bars, pubs and restaurants near it, even a Tesco supermarket. The staff was very friendly and welcoming from the start to the very end of our stay, and one had the feeling that they were enjoying themselves. The room was very clean and tidy up to the standards one expects in a Premier Inn. When a problem in our room occurred they looked to it immediately and found a solution. All in all, the hotel was great value for money and we will definitely stay there again.
