"Terrible experience!!!"
Premier Inn Charlotte Customer Service Supervisor Booked into King's Cross Premier Inn but moved to the Hubb...we had booked an accessible room, and yes the shower was, but the bed wasn't as was pushed against the side wall so only one of us could get into bed with ease...when asked if there was accessible room available was told there was one but it would be SMALLER!!! ..according to TV pages there was supposed to be under bed storage and pull down desk...both not in the room...also no tea/coffee machines (going up and down to cafe was a poor option for us with mobility issues)...and most of TV apps didn't work and no movies (all which were promised on TV info!)...i could go on but think you get the gist!
"Top location, perfect for 1"
Fantastic location, right beside Kings Cross rail station and 5min walk to Coal Drops Yard ( canalside pedestrian"Quarter" with high quality shops, bars, restaurants and lots of open air seating in the piazza and gardens). Hub location and rooms felt safe and comfortable. Very quiet at night (apart from a rather noisy A/C in my room. At least it was cool!)
"Best stay ever"
Me and my partner stayed here for 5 nights and I have nothing but positive things to say! The staff are the best staff I have ever encountered, all very attentive and kind not to forget they all work very hard. The rooms were also very comfortable and I love the modern design of it I’ve already told my friends and family about this and I will definitely be staying here every time we come down to London.

Dennis and Paris were very friendly at the reception and the hotel was very nice. The breakfast is tasty and the rooms are clean and good for our stay.
"Compact but sufficient."
Room is small but does the job. Free bottle of water. Air conditioning. Light duvet (was a bit old looking when it came out of the duvet cover which wasnt attractive but not a deal breaker). Carpet a bit stained. Modern adjustable lighting via touch pad on headboard of bed. Hair dryer on wall. Iron available in room at end of hall (just use electronic room key to access). Pillow rather hard but may suit some. Shower good pressure. Walls not too thin.
