"Great location"
I paid for a bigger room , it was very small no room between the bed and wall, we could hear the showers from the rooms upstairs running through the walls sounded like a torrential downpour outside , the bed was very hard, so we're the pillows, not the usual standard from a premier inn, and I have stayed in a few around the country, due to the nature of my work , very disappointed on this occasion

Great place and hospitality is fantastic the breakfast is very good and rooms clean central location to all services and Rita the hospitality lady was more than excellent she is allways working hard and allways having a smile and can’t do enough for u been twice now coming again this year soon
"Brilliant find of a hotel!"
Came with my daughter for her 10th birthday to do some site seeing and see a musical. This hotel was just fab! Room was small (as expected) but clean, modern and well equipped. Breakfast was amazing value at £8 and kids eat free! Free hot drinks were available all day from the lounge too. But by far the best thing about this hotel was its staff. They were all so friendly and helpful, going above and beyond. When Rita on reception found out it was my daughter’s birthday she arranged for sweets and drinks and some goodies to be delivered to our room for when we came back that evening. It was so special! We left our luggage during the day, which was super helpful. Perfect location for Kings Cross - about a 7 minute walk at 10 year old pace. Perfect spot for exploring. Would defo recommend! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
"Rita Was an Absolute Star – Thank You!"
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and I have to give special mention to Rita on reception — she was absolutely fantastic. Even while handling some very tricky customers before us, she remained calm, patient, and professional, dealing with everyone gracefully. When it came to our turn, she greeted us with such kindness and genuine care that it instantly made us feel welcome and relaxed. It’s rare to come across someone who balances professionalism and warmth so perfectly. Rita is a real credit to the hotel — thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!
"Hub Kings Cross"
We come into Kings Cross on the train, so great location if you don't want to carry cases on the tube etc, modern rooms and big enough if you don't spend alot of time in it we ate out but had breakfast which was lovely, staff really friendly
