Easy to find, staff were very helpful at check in. I felt very safe as a solo traveller. 24hr reception and security featured around the hotel. The room was clean and modern and the bed was comfortable. I know the rooms are smaller but it was absolutely great! Great storage hacks (bags under bed frame), small hanging area. Bathroom was big enough - double shower with rainforest shower head. The room was quiet despite being central London! Perfect for my trip and I would stay again solo or as a couple.

We stayed over for 1 night on a business trip and have to say we cannot fault the hotel facilities at a budget price. Rooms were compact, but modern, bright, clean and the beds were comfortable. A great breakfast was on offer at the very reasonable price of £8 pp. The Receptionist, Rita, was very welcoming with a cheerful, friendly attitude. We had a lovely surprise of a good luck card for our business event with chocolates and other sweet treats delivered to our rooms. A very thoughtful touch. All in all, a great experience and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Stayed here for two nights in January 2018. Room was very clean. The bed was comfortable enough. There is a touchpad on the headboard of the bed with commands to change the room temperature, turn the lights on and off and to even request “do not disturb”. This worked very well and I didn’t have issues with it starting by moving in the middle of the night like other reviewers have said. The WIFI is the best I have experienced in a hotel - very fast for streaming videos and browsing the web. A note about breakfast - the £5 breakfast box doesn’t exist - it is a self service buffet with fruit, yoghurt, granola, toast, pastries, fruit juice and tea/coffee. There is no other hot food so if you are buying the breakfast box for the bacon sandwich, don’t bother! For £5 I thought the selection was still good. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

I always stay at a hub. Especially if I am going to London, you know what you’re getting. Clean rooms, in and out, staff very accommodating as always.

It was a great little hotel in a really handy location. Close to both Kings Cross and St Pancras stations which made travelling about so much easier. It’s close to Coal Drops Yard also. My room was modern, really clean and comfortable and the reception staff were very polite and friendly. A really good stay thank you.
