"Stuffy and hot hot room, terrible value for money."
Staff were very helpful and good, but couldn't get the aircon fixed or move my room as they were fully booked. The rooms air-conditioning was faulty, making for a very stuffy, hot and uncomfortable stay. I hardly slept either night and left exhausted, as I was just there to sleep in between work. At a crazy £250 per night I would expect the basics in the room to work at the very least.
"Friendly staff, great location.."
Great location for what we needed. Very chilled atmosphere if you're staying for work and just hanging out in the lounge area. Rooms clean and well laid out. Limited menu for dinner and one downside for a fussy eater on breakfast, no cereals other than porridge/muesli and limited cooked breakfast compared to other hubs we've stayed. All round a good experience and would stay again.

Great experience and great romanian personnel, good breakfast and cozy room. The location is also ecellent, King Cross station is very near.
"The best part of London"
We had a wonderful stay at The Hub. The staff are the best part—so friendly and professional from start to finish. We especially appreciated Bella and the entire front-end and dining team for their warm welcome and efficiency at reception and restaurant. Coupled with a great location and a lovely daily breakfast, this hotel is a perfect choice.
"Everything you need very welcoming"
Rooms are compact well thought out and everything you need. Very comfortable bed. Lovely lounge area for a drink and bite to eat. Special mention to Rita and Alexandra who made our stay all the more pleasurable. We will definitely stay here again many thanks Gary & Sam
