"Great location but room cleaning needs improvement"
We stayed 7 nights here and the location is great with easy access to Kings Cross/St Pancras stations. Lobby and check in area can be quite congested especially around the 3 pm check in time. Hotel is very basic and if you want cleaning service you notify front desk by 12 noon on the day you want. We did once during our 7 days and it was a joke. Replaced with 1 bath towel instead of two. Never emptied the trash. Room just did not feel clean. Stains on the door where the trash bin is located. Dirt underneath the light area. Carpet seemed like it was never vacuumed. Found someone in the hall to obtain an additional bath towel so we wouldn’t have to share. Never left an extra roll of toilet paper. The highlight is the breakfast. Great choice of hot and cold items. Staff there was excellent. They go above and beyond. They really need to do something about the room cleaning. Because of that, probably would not return next time in London.
"An excellent hotel"
Excellent hotel, not far from St Pancras. Good value for money. The people in the hotel are absolutely wonderful, with special mention to Maricica and receptionist Rita who is just absolutely FANTASTIC. Thanks for everything!
"Great location efficiency"
The location was excellent. Close to Kings Cross train station and The Underground ...The entire place felt very safe. The room was nice. Well maintained. I liked having all of the controls for the room right at bed side ... I liked the free tea and coffee in the lobby. The lobby was a comfortable place to gather and relax. The check in process was clunky. You check in at an automated kiosk, but they have to be turned on by one of the staff. At 3PM there was a line of people waiting to check in, but only one staff member who was occupied with other guests. It kept a bunch of people delayed just because the staff member couldn't step aside to activate the machines.
"Good things come in small packages!"
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel—the rooms are very small (ideal for one, a bit of a squeeze for 2) but very well designed, with under bed storage, sliding desk, easy to navigate lighting/AC/heat panel, and very comfy bed. The staff are friendly, the breakfast is a good deal, and the location is perfect if you need to be St. Pancras/Kings Cross station.
"Great nights stay."
The hub was better than expected, knew we’d have usual Premier Inn quality but with a smaller room and few less items like tea coffee facilities, but this was just what we needed for our night in London, we would definitely come again. Staff were great, friendly and helpful. Bathroom was big enough with a great shower and the bed had all the switches for lights etc, right behind the bed for easy use, all very modern, but easy to understand and use for any technophobes. It was very close to Kings Cross and the underground stations for going anywhere in London. We went to Tottenham Hotspur stadium for the imagine Dragons Loom tour, which was just 20 minutes on the tube and around half hour walk from Seven Sisters, but just a short bus ride from outside the station.
