"Very nice big towls"
Considering this is a paired back version of a hotel it has everything you could need for a trip in London. The location is good just off a main road. The room we had was nice and quiet (225) even though it was at the front. Complementary tea and coffee for the duration of your stay. Staff very attentive. The rooms - comfy bed, a bit of storage but the best thing is that they had big towls (bath sheets). Just one suggestion would be to have a way of leaving a review whilst still at hotel like a pad of some sort. That way it's fresh in peoples minds.
"Rip-off & unhelpful"
So $254 per night gets you a 10 sqm room for which if you happen to arrive earlier than 3 PM, it’s $20 extra to check in. After a long flight, at an advanced age, it would have been much appreciated for staff to accommodate me an hour earlier. I refused to pay the surcharge. Greedy, expensive and unhelpful people. Premier is an absolute ripoff, so is London
"Pleasant and convenient place for a short stay. I'll book there again."
A good location within walking distance of Euston Station, the West End and Covent Garden area...as well as a short walk from Goodge Street underground. As with all Hubs, the room was small, but well designed and adequate for a short stay; the bulk of the storage space is under bed and the room would have benefited from just a little more hanging space. The under bed storage means that the bed is quite high (a challenge for my 5'2" wife to clamber up to...but surely not a problem for someone a little younger (we're in mid 70's). Bed very comfortable. Shower room clean and more than adequate. Staff friendly and obliging. We thought continental breakfast was very good value. Smallish bar/lounge - but a comfortable place to sit. I had one evening meal there - not gourmet but pleasant enough and I thought good value. Got a good nights sleep! All in all a pleasant stay; will probably stay again next visit to London.
"Amazing stay!"
The room was amazing and really comfortable. Everything clean, disabled spaces, the food and the staff were really amazing!
"Fab location, great hotel"
This Hub brand has been brilliant for me, both solo for work trips and now staying with friends for some fun in London. As two couples, we booked two larger double rooms for one night. It helps the place still has that new shine, so everything is super clean. The rooms have been so well designed that even though they are compact, there is space to store the suitcase, plenty of drawer space, and all the comfort things we needed. Perhaps because the rooms are so small, the Hub provides a nicer lounge area. Free tea and coffee, good bar drinks selection available until midnight, and the service was brilliant. Goodge Street was a fab location for our plans.. British Museum, Soho, River tour just a short tube trip away. And walking around the local area, the food was brilliant! Tongue & Brisket best sandwiches ever and Lantana Fitzrovia fantastic brunch. We'll be coming back!
