"Convenient location and great customer service"
Recently stayed at Covent Garden Premier Inn Hub and had a fantastic stay. The location is excellent - so easy to get around and pop back in if you need to. Also the staff were excellent - nothing too much trouble and so helpful. They really made our stay 5 star. Thank you! Totally recommend this hotel and would go back again.
"Adequate…. Just."
Room disappointingly small, tired and in need of a deep clean. Did not like the fact that there was a door (locked) which gave access to the bedroom leaving me (solo woman) feeling less than secure. Tea / coffee facility would be an improvement. I wouldn’t return, adequate if you require a central location and somewhere to lay your head and you’re happy with accommodation that scrapes a 3 star rating. To conclude on a positive note, the Staff, Christina and her colleagues, were helpful, friendly, and very welcoming. They were just lovely, Premier Inn - give them a pay increase. Perhaps the cleaners too……
"The hub covent garden"
The team working here couldn't enough, they were friendly, helpful and tentative, some areas of the hub need attention but nothing major, the rooms are small and compact but for a single person they are perfect, the rooms and bathroom are clean and organised and the beds incredibly comfy
"London hotel"
Was a nice hotel, quick and easy check in and out. Room was tidy and clean, room size wasnt to bad either. Shower was alright, bed wasnt that comfy but was okay for 1 night. Shame there's not hot drink facilities in the room as definitely was enough space for it.
"Location does it"
Good location for sightseeing and dining out. Hotel getting a little tired and needs a bit of tlc. Breakfast good value.
