"Great stay! "
Super location, rooms clean with everything you need. Beds were comfy and there was very little noise. The staff were very helpful and stored our luggage before and after check in so we were free to go off and see the sites. Breakfast was good, the pastries were fresh which you don't always get in more expensive hotels. Would definitely return.
"Birthday trip"
My daughter and I was going to a show as a birthday treat, the location was perfect, it was central to everything. The staff were very welcoming, the room was clean and the bed was a little high, but very comfortable. We wanted to go to one more place before we went home, and they kindly stored our bags for us. We will definitely be going back.

"Does what it says and well, if you are not to cost conscious"
Great location, excellent staff - pricey for what you got, but if you stay in a hub you know what you are getting. We stayed for a couple of nights, I think if you wanted to stay longer you would want a bit more space and a kettle in the room. We stayed last summer and the rooms were half the price which meant it was a good deal, at this price point, if we could be bothered to look I am sure we would have got more for our money. However this was a couple of days in London at relatively short notice so the visit worked well for us.

Easy hotel stay at central location. Room was clean, bed was comfy, mirrors & lighting perfect for getting ready. The hotel was quiet so we slept like babies. Continental breakfast was good to get the day started. Would definitely stay here again.
