"Good stay of 1 night"
Great location, easy to find. Loads cute caffes and restaurants around. Rooms big enough for 1 person,I stayed 1 night was all good-at least I have window. One minus is that there is no desk to do some online work.Internet worked fine but mobile reception to very good.
"Stunning location"
A fabulous hotel in a fantastic location. This hub has everything you need and was 2 minutes walk from Trafalgar Square, Covent Garden and Leicester Square. The staff were very friendly - we couldn;t have been made to feel more welcome. Heartliy recommended
"Great location, but…"
Small room. Couldn’t get my wheelchair to bathroom as insufficient space at foot of bed. Bathroom was in far corner. No opening windows. Dry hot. Had to run a/c 24/7. No separate lights for bathroom. They delivered extra towels and pillows but didn’t change during my 5 night stay, nor did they remove my rubbish, drinks cans and snack packets, despite me bagging and asking. The door operation on the platform lift from street to foyer needs attention. Several times one set of doors were left ajar. Impossible to call the lift.
"Never again......."
attention to detail. Walking into the room and first noticing an unlevel tv wasnt a great start, and a tv that the guide doesnt work on. Also there was a loose toilet seat, hole in bathroom floor, poor sealant around shower and toilet and leaking shower head. I dont understand the 'no kettle' in the room. Everything is advertised for a great stay yet i cant make a drink?? I have to go downstairs to get a coffee. No chance if a drink in the morning while waking up.... Control panel a good idea but not on the headboard where it gets knocked in the night. I've stayed in many Premier Inns and was suprised this actually carries the name. Was more like a cheap, second rate room, not on par with any other i've stayed in. Good idea but i'll not stay in a hub again.
"Good hotel, but needs freshening up."
We like the Hub By Premier Inn brand, unfortunately the Spitalfields Brick Lane one is starting to show its age a bit, needs a refurb, quite a bit of peeling paint etc. However it’s staff are great and work hard to give guests a good experience. The Continental Breakfast is adequate without being very exciting ( the porridge was more milk than oats) We like the rooms which are functional and quite compact, we had a nice view of Fournier St from our floor to ceiling window. The aircon could not be set any lower than 18° which during the summer heatwave was not low enough.
