"Small, but almost perfectly formed"
Yes the rooms are small, but they're almost perfectly formed and the hotel itself is in a great location, only a few minutes walk from Charing Cross and Leicester Square tube stations.
My only feedback would be that the double bed could be turned in the room so that when two people are staying, one of them doesn't have to sleep against the wall, making it impossible to get out of bed without disturbing their partner. The other that if your partner is anything more than 5 feet tall they will have a perfect view into the bathroom above the frosted section of the glass walls!
However, the room was spotlessly clean, had a good size TV, and aircon a real bonus too.
Perhaps the best thing about this hotel is the staff, with everyone we spoke to being friendly and helpful. We were also able to leave our luggage securely before check in opened, allowing us to go for a wander around Covent Garden in the meantime.
Overall, a really positive stay at a good cost considering the great location.

"Great experience"
Bit of a squeeze as the rooms are compact for two people however, all the facilities were there and any extras we needed eg towels pillows were provided promptly. The staff here are amazing communicative and friendly. Breakfast was continental but covered all of our needs and more, regularly topped up so everything on the menu was available. This is the second time at the hub and would def return on our next visit

"Do not stay here! Faulty air conditioning"
Having checked in very smoothly just after 11, I entered the room which was spotlessly clean and tidy - as expected from a premier Inn hub hotel. Yes the room is small but sufficient for a 1 night stay.
On my return following a show, I settled in my bed to discover that the fan - or the air conditioning unit was making a horrendous noises every few minutes. I tried to ignore it but settling down was completely impossible.
I turned the fan off completely thinking this would help and the noise didn't return after the metronomic timing of every couple of minutes. To my horror it had cha fed to around every 10 minutes.
It was absolutely impossible to drift off and get to sleep.
The last I checked my phone it was around 03:30 in the morning.
At breakfast, I reported the problem and the two members of staff gave a look to each other of 'this has happened before' before apologising to me and offering a partial refund. I was so shattered I said thank you and was on my way.
On my return home I went into the Premier Inn website to raise my complain further and was directed to their Good Night Guarantee. Having completed the form I spoke to Customer Relations who informed me this guarantee doesn't actually apply to a Hub hotel. I was dismayed that it is ok for a stay in a Hub to be not guaranteed a good night's sleep.
I have since spoke to the hotel direct and although I have been given a partial refund, the hotel refuses to refund me all my money which I feel is a disgrace for zero sleep.
Do not stay at this hotel - if you do, do not stay on the 6th floor.

"Perfect, looking forward to our next stay"
We’ve been using Premier inn for many, many years but this was our first time staying in a hub. It’s exactly like staying in a standard Premier but a more compact room, however, it was still roomy for moving around and didn’t feel cramped at all. We enjoyed our stay and have already recommended it to friends. We will definitely return when visiting an area with a hub.

"Leisure weekend"
Great location in the middle of Covent Garden, theatres, restaurants and galleries. Staff very helpful, polite and nothing is too much bother. Happily store luggage before check in. No cooked breakfast but the Continental had a range of items. Tea/coffee readily available all the time just not in your room. As you’d expect comfy beds.
