Absolutely everything about this hotel lived up to or exceeded my expectation. The location, the staff, the room, the service, the food and drinks facilities, all absolutely great.

Great location. Great staff. Omar and Juliana. Big room is really good. 👍🏽 will come again next time we are in Camden. Lots of places to eat and drink. 15/20 minutes walk to London Euston.

location was great as i had things to do in the area, the athmosphere within the hotel i could tell was warm. my room was my only issues as i reported 3 things which i wacnt happy about and was just told sorry report it on the app. value for money would have been ok but they chose to charge me £20 for less than an nhour early entry. the room was ready but they couldve discreetly let me in as ive a heart issue and did say i needed my room earlier. noise wasnt to bad fairly quiet and discreet given the location. the service i recieved from the person on the desk wasnt too pleasant and when they were told about my room issues- damaged shower door, toilet roll holder broken and tv kept switching off. they were apathetic to sort it out and instead put it back to me to sort via the app.

A clean and very comfortable hotel. The staff were extremely helpful, kind and friendly. A special thank you to Yuliia and Omar for their patience and kindness. They both made the experience even more enjoyable and truly contributed to making our stay a wonderful one. I will definitely come back!

I stayed here for one night to see a gig at Koko. The location was ideal for me. Near to the venue and easy to get to on the tube. However the room itself was tiny. A double bed with one side against the wall and only a small area to the side of it. The bathroom is tiny too, not even room for them to put a towel rail in. One of the smallest hotel rooms I’ve stayed in. Shame the price wasn’t as small. I also hated the bathroom set up with the glass walls. I was glad I was staying on my own as the top part of the walls is clear glass rather than frosted. Even if you are staying as a couple some people still want privacy in the bathroom! The service here is so basic that they don’t even make the bed for you. The duvet was in a bundle on the end of the bed.
