"5* service"
Amazing service once again from the manager sharnie, she is always so helpful and ready to fix any problems and nothing is too much. We have been visiting the Chessington premiere inn since 2014 and have always enjoyed it. Its great to see such a big improvement with the rooms looking so lovely and new.

"Poor service had to find another hotel"
They did not have the room we asked for staff were unhelpful and guided us to ring customer relations on Monday! This was Friday! We had to go to another hotel and pay out again
No manager to talk to no senior staff members! Poor all round!!

"Awful - avoid at all costs"
Awful experience.
They have completed a refurb so there are new carpets etc but the functional elements have not been addressed. There was no heating, the toilet cistern ran and refilled consistently all night. The bathroom flooded from underneath the bath every time the shower or bath was used. Their freezer had packed in, so there was no food available.
Spoke to reception who could not help and directed us to guest services. Guest services said they could not help until we had checked out. Would not recommend !

"Poor consideration of disability’s"
Just had a difficult stay as the hotel was having some work done. They did inform us of this but only mentioned that it may be noisy between certain times. We decided as we were going to the theme park that it would be acceptable. What they didn’t say was the entire ground floor was closed and they don’t have a lift. As we had previously called the hotel to ask for a ground floor room we were surprised when we called a few days before our trip to check to find it was not possible. We were unable to change to another hotel so asked if we could be near the stairs as to evacuate in an emergency was going to take time due to limited mobility. We also asked if our 2 rooms could be close to each other as we had 3 boys with learning difficulties and ADHD. They said they could do that but when we arrived we were no where near the top of the stairs and had 2 fire doors between us and the boys. It’s a shame that we were not given all the information earlier and more consideration had been taken with regard to our disabilities as it wasn’t just a nice to have but would have made our stay less stressful. We booked dinner in the restaurant as we had had a reasonably long drive only to find they had a very minimal menu with no children’s meals at all, as there freezer had broken. We realise these things can happen but looking at previous reviews it’s not the first time this has happened. We have previously stayed at other premier inns nearby and they have been great so next time we won’t be thinking of the closeness to the theme park but we will happily drive 10 minutes as this hotel is more expensive and for us has not been a great experience. We did speak to all 3 of the managers but there really was nothing they could do any better and the restaurant is apparently nothing to do with them.

"Good service"
We had a pleasant meal. The lady serving us was lovely her name was Chloe. She was rushed off her feet. She still managed to get our drinks and food without making us wait for a long time.
