Chessington hotel

Rooms not been cleaned dirty toilet ,hair in plug hole ,mouldy pillow,breakfast empty,miserable staff list could go on will not stay here again never had trouble in any premierinn

Everything was fine. Nothing to complain. Plenty of good food at breakfast to choose from. Clean, quiet, comfortable room. Clean bathroom, no smells at all. Free WiFi really good. All functional. I liked the double glazing. 10 sockets in room.

Booked for 2 adults and 1 toddler, was given a tiny room that could barely accommodate cot in next to our bed. Not cleaned properly, dirty tissues were found under the bed. We booked the meal deal (breakfast and dinner) only to be told when we went into the restaurant that they weren’t serving food. We had already paid in advance for this, so asked reception for a refund to be told it would be done automatically. This was 8 days ago now and still have no refund for our food that we never got, leaving us out of pocket as we had to pay for another dinner for the 3 of us that night. I have emailed regarding our refund and had no reply.

The toilet was broken in the my hotel room. The member staff did transfer me to another room. The bathroom stunk of cigarette I am not a smoker. I had very noisy neighbors unable to sleep I was booked for 2 night only stay 1 night. The hot breakfast was cold at 07.45

We gave it a 3 because of the location ( next to Chessington World ) and the breakfast was tasty....When we booked the hotel we weren't aware that the restaurant/pub attached to it was not opened as an actual restaurant ( previously The Monkey Puzzle) but just a place to eat breakfast and dinner ( very limited menu) for premier inn guests. When I asked the receptionist in Premier inn if it was opened he said he wasn't sure.. its depends ( helpful 😒) and I was to go and ask the restaurant at 5pm. Got to our room and it was clean(ish) smelled like bleach. Went to the bathroom and it was not that clean ( attached photos ) We normally stay in premier inn hotels whenever we go somewhere and the breakfast has always ben good so no bad reviews there apart from the were continuously out of things so had to wait for some hot food. I also head one of the older waitress say to another staff that "she has just put stuff out and for it to be gone so soon is ridiculous" there was quite a few people there , so not surprised. The good thing about it really was as we were going to Chessington World it is literally a 3 minute walk Unfortunately we won't be returning to this one soon.
