Stayed over the weekend on my own, easy to find, free parking and clean room, bed was very, very comfortable, there's no lift and reception team could do with customer service training, not a greeting or a smile to be seen...I found a few hairs on the pillow, on the bedsheets and the bathroom too...đ On the positive side, the restaurant team were amazing, specially a young lady by the name of Annabel who was wonderful, very welcoming, friendly and helpful, also a lady in the kitchen whose name I did not get was great, nothing seemed too much work for her, very helpful, thank you, the food was great, good value overall I would recommend this place

"Not the Best Premier Inn"
The place is dated and the bed very uncomfortable which is a shame when the beds are usually so good. The bathroom had hairs in the bath and generally didnt feel like it had been cleaned very well. The rooms are very small.

High noise levels late in the evening with other quest running up and down the corridors.
Slow services from the restaurant in the evening, due to lack of staffing.
Lack of Interest from the reception staff when Complaints made about the room ( childâs camp bed Collapsed in the middle of the night whilst they were sleeping) Receptionist was more concerned about her 3 children behind the desk with her

Big, beautiful and clean room in a very quiet location. Amazing price too! About 20 minutes walk to the Rugby Stadium and another 5-10 to Gloucester City centre.

Everything with this hotel is exemplary.
Cleanliness was superb.
Family room was an amazing size. Plenty of room for 4 people. Beautiful bedding clean and freshly laundered.
One touch I found lovely was a small library in the reception. I'm never without a book but if I was this would solve a problem.
