Gloucester (Little Witcombe) hotel

Our room was clean and extremely comfortable. The staff were friendly and very understanding too. I'd definitely stay again!

Excellent location to explore the Cotswolds. The staff are furst class, helpful, friendly and kind, especially the receptionist, Kinga who gave great advice on places to see. Highly recommended.

Sadly having used premier inn for about 25 years I've slowly seen them go froma reasonable budget hotel to one just as expensive as anywhere else with poor service ( you now have to pay about £15 for early check in) Poor security ( i was given the key on check in to a room that was already occupied. Poor service at the Beefeater next to it. I now see they're removing the Beefeater and Brewers Fayre restaurants, so I can no longer see a reason to stay with them as other local hotels are cheaper with friendly staff and good service as well as more comfortable rooms

This is like a low level travelodge We had the room above us smashing the ceiling at midnight and then when we finally got back to sleep the room next to us from 6am with screaming kids and parents, kept us awake. Told the receptionist who said that 2 disabled 70 year old should have got up and dressed at midnight and 6am to report the noise to reception.

Exceptionally friendly and welcoming staff. I’m a nervous traveller, and the warm welcome throughout this hotel is always much appreciated. Plenty of parking, very convenient breakfast options, and the air conditioning in the Premier Plus room was fantastic in this heatwave.
