Staff are very helpful and nice. Rooms as you would expect from a Premier Inn - clean and pretty comfortable. Full English Breakfast very poor, though, dried out from standing too long in warming trays, and not worth the money.

A Fantastic Stay with Outstanding Restaurant Service I stay at Premier Inn quite often, and I’m very happy with my room on this visit. Try and grab a corner room if you can” However, what has really made my stay special is the outstanding service I’ve received in the restaurant. I would particularly like to mention a member of staff named Kayley, who deserves special recognition for the excellent service she provides. It’s a real pleasure to be looked after by someone who makes you feel so welcome and goes the extra mile to ensure you have an enjoyable experience. Customer service like this makes a real difference, and staff members like Kayley are a credit to Premier Inn. It’s not just about having a comfortable room; it’s about the overall experience, and Kayley has helped make my stay a particularly positive one. I hope her hard work and dedication are recognised by the management team. She deserves to be praised for the excellent impression she leaves on her guests. Stayed one night, went into the pub next door, didn’t eat but just had drinks but my goodness Dave was amazing. Couldn’t do enough to make you welcome and satisfied, went out of his way to make us as comfortable as possible. The same is true if the reception team in the hotel.

**Disappointing Stay – Extremely Poor Customer Service stayed on 11th Oct 2026** Premier Inn Gloucester Business Park really needs to improve its customer service and cleanliness standards. When we arrived, there was no one at reception to assist us. Eventually, a staff member appeared, but she seemed confused and unsure of what she was doing. To make matters worse, the toilet in our room had not been cleaned properly, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this reputation. There was not even a telephone in the room to contact reception if we needed assistance. This gives the impression that the hotel simply does not want guests to report problems or request help. It almost feels like their attitude is, "Don't call us with any problems. Just stay in the room and put up with whatever you are given." The overall customer service was extremely disappointing. It feels as though this hotel survives primarily because of its location within the business park rather than the quality of its service or hospitality. **Very poor customer service, inadequate facilities, and disappointing cleanliness standards. Premier Inn should seriously reconsider how this property is being managed. I would not recommend staying here.**

Decent stay but the breakfast and WiFi not worth your while at all. Room was clean and staff were pleasant. Could do with a smart TV rather though.
