    "Welcoming and friendly"
    The lady on reception was so helpful and welcoming. She was really friendly and had a chat with me about my new job, when it came to check out the same lady was there and wished me good luck and asked me how I was doing which I thought was really nice as it felt personable

    Stayed at this Premier Inn a few times, Staff are always polite and happy to see you, it always has appeared clean. They take your breakfast order rather than it being a buffet which means you get freshly cooked eggs.
