    "Excellent team on Reception"
    We stay here regularly when visiting family. We always receive friendly and helpful service from the welcoming team on Reception. They are very responsive to any requests, which we appreciate. The rooms are consistently good, matching our expectations of the Premier Inn brand and we enjoy having breakfast at the neighbouring Whittle Inn. Thank you for the Reception team.

    Good value for money the rooms are very clean with air-conditioning staff are helpful and friendly I checked in after 9pm and check in was quick and easy would stay there again when visiting gloucester

    Great location for travelling south on M5. Electric charging point was a godsend. Room was spacious and comfortable for four of us. There is plenty of parking (free when we went but I think that’s changing). We enjoyed eating out at historic quay in Gloucester.

    Halfway point to Cornwall stayed here to visit family and as a rest stop on the way to our holiday to Cornwall and it was great receptionist interacted with the kids this is rare to see but was clean and a happy visit
