Really enjoyed my stay very good value and ideal location for visiting family. The room was clean and cosy with plenty of tea and coffee provided. The staff were lovely, Beau and Suzy at the front desk were very helpful. I definitely will be coming back here again when i visit next.

"A Different Gloucester Premier Inn Next Time"
Good location, cleanliness, facilities and staff, but wildly erratic pricing (£123 & £59) for the same room on consecutive nights.
Dismal water pressure, trickling shower (unacceptable for the room cost).
Of the the 5 Premier Inns in Gloucester this is the only one to charge for parking in its ample car park. Why? And it's not obvious on the website.
Mind the robotic vacuum cleaner guides, they're a trip hazard.
Suggest booking a different Premier Inn if you're visiting Gloucester.

Halfway rest stop to visit family I love it here and always choose here over the alternatives as it has that friendly family feel and staff are always smiley and welcoming I can’t wait to be back again in a few months! Rooms are always nice and clean but after speaking with staff I also manage to get the same room now! I love it
