"Value for money but don’t bother with the breakfast!"
Decent stay but the breakfast and WiFi not worth your while at all. Room was clean and staff were pleasant. Could do with a smart TV rather though.

"Overnight in Gloucester for Business"
Ideal location, easy access from motorway, good parking (you pay for it) - big Tesco's/Costa next door. Immaculately clean spacious room. Friendly check in staff. Quieter than expected. TV channels very limited.

"Short stay"
Fairly nice hotel, just wish family room meant more space to move around in, the staff are pretty friendly, the hand-wash didn't work so had to use the shower gel to wash my hands. Over all it was a pleasant stay.

The hotel was as expected however the attached restaurant to which we had booked the evening meal and morning breakfast was terrible. We came in on the Saturday night only to be told that there was a wait on food as they had a party of 11 in, honestly they had the party of ten and our party of eight how could there be a wait for over hour ? The food on the night was terrible. We went for breakfast in the morning they couldn’t do poached eggs as the poacher was broken what happened to using a pan and boiling water?
The food is terrible I can understand why the restaurant is empty

Sadley Just about to leave but wanted to leave a review to say Amazing staff so friendly helpful and happy, we arrived in the evening on our first night literally 2 mins before the chef was due to stop cooking and he still cooked us our meals and they was cooked so nicely best hunters chicken we have had , our second meal on day two ribs was also lovely was even allowed to take pudding to room and return bowls at breakfast , breakfast was great good selection and they keep it topped up shower in room was great lovely blackout curtains comfy bed t. V (although could do with new batteries in remote or new remote doesn't work to great at times room 15) , but mainly want to praise staff for being so helpful kind friendly and just a great bunch of people not only good with guests but could tell they have a well bonded supportive work relationship amoungst themselves which was great to see and obviously a happy workforce leads to happy guests
