    "Awful"
    We have stayed in many Premier Inn hotels over the years and we have always enjoyed our stay. This establishment however was just awful. The shower wasn't connected to the bath connection so water flooded everywhere. Hardly any water actually came out of the shower head. The toilet seat was hanging off. The air con was so loud we had to switch it off while in the room as you couldn't hear each other speak. The window ledge and frame were full of dead flies and very sticky. The TV wouldn't switch on. We didn't get into to the room until after 8pm to find out the problems and by that time, we couldn't be bothered with the hassle of asking the 1 member of staff to help. It's put me off staying in a Premier Inn in the future.

    Me and my wonderful sister stayed at this hotel for two nights The staff were very pleasant to us and gave 100% service The breakfast was lovely, with many options My sister has allergies the staff were very attentive to my sisters needs As all her plates and cutlery was washed and handed to her separately I would visit again Thank you
    "Bed and cleanliness"
    Got in room and there were unclean pillows. Also bed had not been made properly and quilt was inside out.Window would not open . Got moved to another room which was better but again dirty.Dont think whoever cleans these room know how to use a cloth and Polish as there were areas that had clearly not been dusted or polished for weeks.
    "Brilliant premier inn"
    Have stayed at this premier inn twice for a sports competition for our son. The staff are so lovely and friendly. The pub next door is fine for a family dinner. The hotel is really lovely and quiet and we slept well both times. Best bit is breakfast. We are always there early doors and the food it hot and fresh with a lovely chef who'll happily cook poached eggs.

    Clean and tidy bedroom, as expected. The breakfast has particularly impressed, the best PI breakfast for a long time. All crockery and cutlery spotless. Craig, the chef, has laid on a brilliant breakfast. Can’t fault his efforts.
