"Mediocre at best, not up to Premier Inn usual standard"
Not the best experience, normally like Premier Inn for its predictabilty, comfort and good breakfast but this time the room was tired (Premier Plus room so paid premium) the air con panel was broken and not fixed during 2 night stay even though we were told maintenace was due next morning, told to use a biro to operate! wifi was intermittant at times, breakfast room too small for purpose and not particularly accessible as i walk with aids and the tables and chairs were packed in so tight i struggled to get past without disturbing others and needing help, a wheelchair user would have struggled a lot if they were able to access at all. At breakfast, food was luke warm and slow to be refilled, some items not refilled at all. We stayed here a couple of years ago and had a lovelt stay which was why we came back but probably wouldnt bother returning again, staff seemed generally very disinterested and didnt offer any help in breakfast room despite it being clear i was struggling. Our checkout was 12pm but housekeeping knocked and tried to enter at 10am and claimed they thought we had left. Only plus points was location is fairly good and Cirencester is beautiful but Premier Inn could do better which is a real shame.

no fans on air con hottest weather on record. as windows are sealed for safety we got no sleep for 2 nights and other family members had to move room as theres was so dirty. The staff tried to cope as they were understaffed but the bar which was a little cooler did not open until 3pm

"Poor standard of room air conditioning not working properly ."
Stayed one night in July on a very hot day . Air conditioning was making a lot of noise . So much so we switched it off as it wasn’t working properly. Tried to open a window but it was sealed shut . Hardly slept at all so hot in the room . We had booked two nights . Complained to manager. He offered us another room . The Air conditioning was just as bad in that room . We decided not to stay a second night . No refund offered despite the poor quality of air in the bedroom . Will not be returning .

It was not good when we were threatening to been thrown out, even do that we paid for our room. We showed the management our bank account. It was terrible to be treated that way. I have never been that before. We were anxious and had trouble to sleep.
