We stayed. It was EXCELLENT.
The staff on Saturday night, exceptional. The staff of Sunday morning, excellent. Lovely spotless room. Damp carpet because we think they had cleaned it prior to arrival but no problem for us. Evening meal, so hot, plates hot and food delicious. Good choice at breakfast and plenty of everything. Probably the BEST premier inn Ive stayed in. Thank you to ALL.

I recently stayed at the Premier Inn in Cirencester and had such a lovely experience from start to finish. The whole stay was comfortable, relaxing, and exactly what I needed.
A special mention has to go to Britney, the cleaner, who was so friendly and thoughtful. She not only freshened up my room to an amazing standard — it genuinely felt like walking back into a brand-new room — but also took the time to share lots of great ideas on things to do around the Cotswolds, which I really appreciated. It’s little touches like this that really made my stay feel extra special.
I’d also like to mention Lilly, who was incredibly kind and helpful during breakfast. She made sure I had everything I needed and went out of her way to make the morning feel welcoming. She’s a genuinely warm and kind-hearted young woman who made a great impression.
Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I’ll definitely be returning. I would happily recommend this hotel to others.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was amazing, and the hospital’s location is excellent close to several great attractions. The only downside was the main meals, which were overpriced, served in small portions, and not particularly tasty.

We booked a Premier Inn Plus room for 4 nights.
Dreadful dirty room.
No room clean service (4 nights stay) raised with manager, "you'll be lucky we're pushed"!
One towel in bathroom!
Dust everywhere.
Filthy stained carpets.
Makeup all over the vanity mirror.
Broken shower door.
Air conditioning didn't work properly .
Ate once in the hotel first evening, starter served with the main course???
The worst Premier Inn experience (of many good ones) we've ever had.
