Cirencester hotel

I always upgrade to a premier classroom as I enjoy the amenities and the comfort ends them. On entering this room, it was clearly dusty and of the extras had not been included. I thought to speak to the desk staff later that evening as my husband‘s allergies were pretty badthat night. Kiwi was on duty, that’s not her name however it’s a great nickname and easy to remember. She listened sympathetically and took everything on board that was saying and followed up the discussion many times during the evening to make sure that we were happy. Thank you, Kiwi you changed our perception of a slightly substandard room to the fact that you provided excellent customer service.

Stayed for midweek break in June in an accessible room Room was immaculate Lovely and clean Staff were very welcoming and helpful, nothing was too much trouble Claire the duty manager, was lovely, very friendly and always smiling, great asset to the hotel Stuart was great and assisted with our booking of our room , due to disabilty . Overall all staff very professional We did the meal deal for our stay, breakfast and dinner. Couldn't fault it ..so much choice , breakfast hot choice was full English, but also was cereals, pastries, juices, yoghurts, fruit, hot drinks. And evening meals were lovely too,,highly recommend the steak, mixed grill, and garlic flatbread is a must to have. Hotel has loads of parking, aircon, vending machine, an area in reception for cold water, tea,coffee,milk etc and there are items for sale, mainly toiletries. Stayed in many premiers, but this was the best We will be returning again soon .

Great for a "stop and flop". Clean, comfortable room that could have been any B&B in the world. Good Aircon. Everything you need for a stop over.

The Premier Inn it's self was ok but the Social where you eat was total rubbish and the Cook was very aggressive and the breakfast was cold with no baked beans. Not worth the money.

Windows sealed shut. Poor AC system so air in the room stale and poor quality. Felt we couldn't stay in the room for long. Breakfast at Restaurant poor. For example the fruit bowl was mainly diced apples and oranges. Yogurt in a large bowl. No individual pots. Coffee poor from machine. Hotel is a good 25 min walk into the town centre yet they are charging over £100 a night on most nights so poor value for money considering its location.
