Chargeable off-site parking is available at The Brewery NCP car park (GL50 4FA) at £9.95 per 24 hours. Please note that there is a height restriction of 2m and parking is located just 200m from the hotel. Car park is pay on departure. If walking, walk on the Brewery. Turn right towards Henrietta Street then turn left onto Henrietta Street and our Premier Inn will be on the left or alternatively walk west alongside St Margaret's Road towards Henrietta Street and then turn left onto Henrietta Street and our Premier Inn will be on the left.

"1 night stay"
Great location.,Clean and tidy, staff were polite. Took the breakfast option which was good and hot. Good variety on offer. Room was clean bed was comfy only gripe was woken up as every time I turned over bed would creak and squeak.. but all in all was great for a night away. Cost wise but expensive for what it was for 1 night

Lainey was amazing and so was the other blonde lady who was in charge. Everyone else was super friendly and I highly recommend. Great service and value
"Overpriced"
Overall could only be described as tatty, towels clean but grey, quilt cover with hole in it, , shower tap difficult to turn off - reception staff were poor - I felt like I was imposing on their time - but other staff exceptional.
"Last minute overnight stay"
Srayed here for the night after visiting Cheltenham and decided to extend our stay overnight on the spur of the moment. The outside has building and scaffolding so wasn't sure exactly where the entrance was. The lift was very slow and was quicker to walk up the stairs even with a mobility issue, I arrived at reception a good few minutes before the lift. Staff were very friendly, check in was easy and fast and the room was very clean and tidy. Food was good and a good variety at breakfast also. The only niggle we had was the noise from the floor above. Trying to sleep and all you can hear is running and banging either from the room above us or from the corridor above. Other than that it was an adequate over night stay that suited our needs at the last minute.
