Cheltenham North West hotel

Very close to my intended goal a good price only thing was they'd given my room to someone else and then they had to find another room so it took a while to sort out, I also found that when I went to get tea replenishment I could only get half of what I needed as it was locked away

Not the best premier inn we’ve stayed in, check in took a while as there was only one member of staff doing everything room was on but shabby dinner was alright but served on cold plates breakfast the first morning as fine but the second morning no cooked breakfast was available the lady was most apologetic (we had paid in advance) when we went to complete a refund request the same lady was also doing reception so obviously not enough staff and the manager was unavailable so not a good experience

Hotel was perfect as a stopover to break the journey home. Great location and easy to get to, with good parking facilities. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Clean and pleasant as expected for a Premier Inn! I was dreading the stay as it was a record breaking weekend for temperatures, and having stayed in other Premier Inns in heatwaves and got absolutely no sleep whatsoever due to the lack of air con and stuffy atmosphere, I was very pleasantly surprised that the new fans provided in the rooms are excellent.

My wife and I stayed for 4 nights in May to celebrate her father's 92nd birthday. We were made very welcome by Emma who swiftly organised a different room for us to take account of my wife's lack of mobility due to Long Covid. The room was excellent and was ideal for our stay. The remainder of the staff were always helpful and considerate. Highly recommended.

Disappointed Hotel and restaurant needs closing down and waiting until after the refurbishment to open. Room 120 dirty ,dusty, torn net curtains, mold around window,dirty towel and as for the remote control..we had to clean it ourselves abysmal. The whole building dirty dusty and grim, lacking a clean everywhere plus no maintenance to the outside. As for the restaurant..the staff are Friendly.. but my goodness Health and safety not up to food standards. Gone off butter cold beans breakfast not ready as short staffed , limited drinks as closing down,dirty cups, toaster not plugged in the list goes on.. After complaining to many of the staff members then again in the morning to reception and since to customer relations. Note to guest... find a manager if wish to have any additional feedback. All in all my complaint has been heard and somewhat dealt with. But as frequent guests..myself and my partner of the premier inns the standards here are appalling. If they wish to have Premier basic Premier standard Premier premium So be it but at least make the consumer aware the hotel is up for refurbishment and not up to even basic. Faulty tower springs to mind.. clogged gutters .. dangerous half falling fascias, cigarette ends rubbish ,bottles..some sort of liquid up the walls ..not at all pleasent.
