      "Nice Premier To Stay At."
      We had a very pleasant stay. The room was comfortable, the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was lovely. Would Definitely Recommend.

      The free car park was fantastic. Half an hour walk into town or a bus that regularly passes the hotel (94) We visited during a heatwave so arriving to find the air-con on in the room was a lifesaver!

      Great location, not far from regular buses to Cheltenham town centre which took just 10 mins When we arrived, it was 35 Deg c. We checked in with two lovely ladies, who told us they'd already got the Aircon on in our room as it was so hot. What a wonderful and thoughtful gesture, which was greatly appreciated. The room was comfy, and laid out like it should be. Clean and tidy too. Couldn't ask for more. There was free parking here too, and lots of it.

      Arrived to find the hotel was on a building site. The TGI Fridays next door was closed with metal fences surrounding it. Our room was in dire need of a refurb. Didn’t help that it needed a good clean! In our opinion the standard of Priemer Inns is deterioting. Top tip book somewhere else.

      Bed was excellent, sleep well, shower was good, Car parking was ok- on Tuesday due to building work, delivery goods , vans bit was traffic/blocking - accessing car parking issue with regards in and out, blacking in the am , room was clean staff was ok, Providing Air condition and heating was help adjusting room temperature therefore sleep very well, 10 out 10 marks should provide trolley to help customer carrying bags, hanging cloths, due to attending wedding outfit, to carry all the way room was uncomfortable. energy saving white colour brightness light, in the room should provide small Tissue box , wipes to help personal hygiene- due to Covid. Room decoration was good USB charger socket, Food breakfast- booked unlimited breakfast but not many variety - bottle water, Small soft drink bottle of juice, due to hot weather, In the room small tray should provided put on cups, glass, Future will be book with Premier In due to good sleep- should provide log in how many booked with Premier in- future discount Promotional -When we check in free goodies - bottle water, pen, small note pads, cake, sweet, small tub dry food - tissue,
