"Very noisy from room above!"
I just stayed overnight with my husband. Fine, what you would expect, however... The sounds coming from the room above are VERY loud! A couple of times I jumped, thinking the ceiling would come down. The 'guy' above was.... walking! Not his fault, he wasn't jumping or anything, but floorboards creaking, his music, his voice, everything is SO LOUD! My sister taped it at 2am (from her room) to play for Reception, so not isolated. The Hotel needs insulating or soundproofing or something? Anything!. Late night...and early morning for me! Shame.

"Recommend this lovely Premier inn"
This premier inn is the best. The reception staff are friendly and welcoming. Rooms are clean and bed was so comfortable. The location is very close to Waltham Abbey town. There is a pub next door which serves lovely food.

We stayed here in early May, the staff were excellent, food/ cleanliness also, and I would definitely stay here again.
My Dad has mobility issues, and all staff made sure his room and access requirements were looked after - very impressed, thank you to all
