      "Be careful before you book no air con at this hotel"
      Premier inn is one of my favourite hotels, it affordable and supplies consistent levels of service throughout all hotels I've stayed at. This hotel was exactly the same. Clean room, welcoming staff. So why the 2 stars. Well there is no air-conditioning. So the room was unbearable, it was so hot I actually felt like leaving and sleeping in the car. So when making a booking for this hotel take into account the weather. Hopefully with extreme weather becoming the norm in England Premier inn will hopefully change this and install air con in all rooms.

      Nice stay, wonderfully staff,very nice breakfast indoors. Next door pub very convenient , nice and delicious food.Room has no air condition in the rooms and it's hot but room nice and clean.......
      "A warm and friendly place to stay"
      What a lovely hotel the greeting was really nice from the lady on the desk when we arrived. We were sorted out very quick and got to our room ,the room was clean and well stocked with towels etc . The only thing was it was hot and the fan did not keep us chilled but fortunately i had brought another which helped .We had booked breakfast which was the nicest one i had the cook was friendly her name was Theresa and the waitress who greeted us with a good morning i hope you slept well in this hot weather, her name was Angela both ladies were lovely, helpful and friendly. I will be back to this premier inn most impressed Thank you premier inn Waltham Abbey
      "What would have been a good stay ruined by one rude member of staff."
      On the whole, the stay was good and the staff, bar one who I think was the manager were good (more about her below). Breakfast was very good with good options including vegetarian. Room was comfortable and bed was good. Wifi, though, was very poor and needs to be upgraded. I was told it was better for the upstairs rooms (I was on the ground floor). The one member of staff, I believe to be the manager, was continuously rude and moody. Her customer service was appalling and ruined the stay, to the extent that I would never go back to that particular Premier Inn. She needs to be re-trained on what good customer service looks like or she should leave. She is letting the rest of the team down who were excellent and went out of their way to help.

      Hotel itself is very nice .,location very convienet for us to rich London. Pub net door is good and food is delicious.Staff very friendly , we are travellung around and I can say that staff is probably the best .Hotel do not have air conditioning in the rooms.....
