"Promotion needed for Liza!!"
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Lisa was absolutely wonderful – exceptional customer service!
I really cannot praise Lisa on reception enough!
My wife and I had planned a special night away for my birthday. It was our very first night away together without our young daughter, and we’d arranged for my sister-in-law to babysit so we could enjoy some much-needed time together.
Unfortunately, our original Airbnb accommodation let us down at the very last minute, leaving us in a really disappointing and stressful situation.
We ended up arriving at Premier Inn in Chingford completely last minute, and that’s where we met Lisa.
From the moment we walked in, she was absolutely fantastic. She was warm, welcoming, genuinely caring and incredibly accommodating. She went out of her way to find us a room that suited our needs and made us feel that nothing was too much trouble.
What could easily have been a ruined birthday turned into a lovely experience, largely thanks to her kindness and professionalism.
It’s very rare these days to come across someone who genuinely goes above and beyond for complete strangers, but Lisa is one of those people.
I sincerely hope Premier Inn management sees this review and gives her the recognition she deserves. She is an absolute credit to the company, and they are very lucky to have her.
Thank you so much, Lisa. You genuinely made a difference to our special night away, and we won’t forget it!

"Awful sleep, woke up with rashes - AVOID"
Check in was awful, the staff member had no idea what was going on and it lead me to stand there for about 30 minutes. I myself don’t know what the confusion was, I had a booking reference and all the staff member had to do was enter the characters.. Breakfast was disgusting, not much choice on offer and everything was dirty - plates and cutlery. My elderly mum’s room was freezing and we had to wait for that to get fixed. Every one us felt exhausted after the visit as no one could sleep properly - we all seemed to wake up numerous times during the night. My mum uses a Fitbit to track certain things and her oxygen level plummeted during the full stay. We all woke up with rashes from the beds. Noisy neighbours everywhere. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because they at least fixed the heating when asked and they also asked the noisy neighbours to be quiet (when we told them to). I travel a lot with my work and usually love premier inn hotels but this was just something else - incredibly disappointing and if this were my first experience with a premier inn, I would never book with them again. "The best Premier Inn by far"
This has to be the best Premier Inn I have been to. There is a real person on reception - and a very helpful friendly one - instead of a machine. The room was lovely and cosy and big. The breakfast was the highlight of my experience. There was a very friendly cook who asked me how I would like my eggs. All the food was cooked fresh almost to order. Well done Waltham Cross. I will be back again next time.

"Great stay again"
Great for our needs of getting to London for the NFL but thinking of returning for the gunpowder Parkrun and Epping Forest . Breakfast is brilliant and being freshly cooked in front of us .
Drinks machine was cashless which wasn’t helpful at the time. I wanted to use it .
