"Awful - go someone else!"
Awful experience.
Only found out there is no air conditioning after check in, no mention on website. Window only opens a little and fan just moves hot air around the room.
Dirty bathroom, mould around bath, shower curtain filthy and ripped.
Dangerous socket near kettle.
Spiders and cobwebs above bed.
Mentioned to reception, little to no response! Asked about good night guarantee and told to go to website.
Website sends you round in circles!

"Nice hotel, no air conditioning"
The hotel and room were clean and well presented. It loses points for having no air conditioning (a fan was provided to move hot air around) it needs more than just a fan in the heatwaves we will continue to get more regularly now. The staff were stretched too thin as well. The receptionist also had to clear tables in the dining area at breakfast which meant they weren't available to answer the phone or help us check out. This may have been an unforeseen shortage, rather than a policy. I hope so.
Top tip. If you use the phone on the desk to call a taxi, make a note of the number to call to get you back again. I forgot and paid considerably more for the return journey in a black cab.
