    "Comfortable and cheerful long stay"
    In all the time of staying at west Thurrock premier inn whilst renovating east Thurrock premier inn, we were made so welcome regards to all the friendly staff. All facilities 10/10
    "Worse premier inn"
    Worse premier inn I have used. The duvet cover was dirty. Bar staff initially charged full price dispute being happy hour and once mentioned she reluctantly charged correct amount. When spoke to reception and manager they had an attitude and appeared rude and said the deal was only on cocktails, despite the staff wearing salmon t shirts and advertised in room and life. Did message premier and again felt they where not interested. I stay aloton premier and have always had a fantastic stay, so this one needs a look at
    "Great location but stayed in better Premier Inns"
    Booked a family room for the night to break up our long journey before travelling to France and see family on Essex. Perfect location for what we needed. Room was comfortable but the bathroom had a really strong smell of urine in it. Unfortunately because we had a family room there was no other option but to stay put as there wasn't another alternative. Had to have the window open all night to get air through to reduce the smell. Breakfast was good apart from the fried eggs were solid and looked like they had been sat there for a long time.

    Premier Inn Hotel Thurrock West is handy for some of the UK's biggest shopping centres, not to mention central London. The M25 is only a couple of miles away, making it easy to get to everything from tourist attractions to business meetings. Take the little ones into London to some must-see venues like Madame Tussauds or the London Eye. Or get some serious shopping done, either in the West End or at Lakeside, Bluewater or Grays Town Centre. Arena Essex is a great day out for petrol heads. Whatever you do, you'll come back to tasty food at our restaurant and a comfy bed in your room.
