    "English Breakfast service not good at all"
    We normally use Premier Inn and enjoyed everything except the English breakfast service. There was a fly going everywhere on all the food, cooked and the dry stuff. No one seemed bothered to get rid of it. It was annoying and it put me off. Should consider covering stuff. The cooked food did not look appealing either. Toaster was also not working properly .The plan was to eat breakfast there the next day too. But gave it a miss.

    Excellent staff . Very helpful and kind regarding our room and stay . Would recommend anytime just for the staff alone . We’ve been provided all the information we needed with a pleasant attitude and great effort from reception staff as well as bar/restaurant staff .

    The staff in this place it's really friendly. I highly recommend this place before you go to Dover. Breakfast delicious and kids were eating free. Great value.

    Premier Inn Hotel Thurrock West is handy for some of the UK's biggest shopping centres, not to mention central London. The M25 is only a couple of miles away, making it easy to get to everything from tourist attractions to business meetings. Take the little ones into London to some must-see venues like Madame Tussauds or the London Eye. Or get some serious shopping done, either in the West End or at Lakeside, Bluewater or Grays Town Centre. Arena Essex is a great day out for petrol heads. Whatever you do, you'll come back to tasty food at our restaurant and a comfy bed in your room.
