    "Ok for the price"
    Ok, room clean. Quite cold, heating would not warm up. Also think new phone chargers are need as not all phones are the standard usb, and there are no sockets near the beds to give the option to plug your charger in

    I liked the fact that the cleaning was always done on time, and the staff was very kind. Overall, the experience was a pleasant one.

    Very helpful staff, clean rooms. Delicious freshly cooked food. Breakfast and dinner available at convenient times.
    "Unhelpful manager"
    Whilst the bar and restaurant staff were pleasant enough, unfortunately during my night stay my motorbike was stolen whilst in the car park. This car park has cctv however over a month later the manager has still not made this available to the police. She has stated that she does not know how to work the cctv. Even though this hotel according to local police there has been multiple problems in the past with vehicles being broken into or stolen. DO NOT PARK YOUR VEHICLE AT THIS HOTEL

    Only 1 member of staff on at the restaurant customers having to wait over an hour to be seated and then over 1.5 hours to get there food

    Premier Inn Hotel Thurrock West is handy for some of the UK's biggest shopping centres, not to mention central London. The M25 is only a couple of miles away, making it easy to get to everything from tourist attractions to business meetings. Take the little ones into London to some must-see venues like Madame Tussauds or the London Eye. Or get some serious shopping done, either in the West End or at Lakeside, Bluewater or Grays Town Centre. Arena Essex is a great day out for petrol heads. Whatever you do, you'll come back to tasty food at our restaurant and a comfy bed in your room.
