      "Desappointed standards"
We went there twice within a week in June 2025. On the 16th of June, on our way to Scotland, we stopped there for a one night stop over. It was fine. On our way back home, we stayed there again on the 22nd of June. We have discovered yellow stains on the covers (e.i. pictures). Thankfully, the front desk brought us back some cleaned ones. And to add to the desappointment, at check out the following day, to pay the parking, the establissement requested us to pay for 6 nights! According to the staff, the machine did not synchronize our previous stay. And it seems to be an issue known. So, i strongly suggest you, if you do plan to stay there, to keep not only your invoice for your room, but as well for your parking. Those evidences proved that we were honests, and that we had payed it.

Conveniently situated for Tilbury Cruise Port, with secure car park, although £7.50 per night charge. Good sleep, good aircon
      "Sub-par premier inn"
Booked this premier inn to break up a longer journey, and on arrival there was one member of staff dealing with another customer I used one of the self check in machines on apon entering my room it was nice and cool with the provided A/C the room even though it’s not one of premier inns oldest style rooms was looking tired with the desk having bulges in the desk and areas of damage also one of the lights in the room was blown, at breakfast there was a large line of people waiting to enter for breakfast but no staff around after 10 minutes a member of staff came out the office with no apology just started letting people in, and then disappeared again. I don’t know what has happened with all premier inn breakfasts as of late but it is certainly going down hill in quality and very close to not being worth the price. Apon check out no staff to be seen so couldn’t make my comments known. Parking is paid for apon leaving at a cost of £7.50 definitely don’t think I’ll be returning to this premier inn
      "Poor for a Premier Inn"
The room looked ok on arrival and the air conditioning was amazing in the 32 degree heat. Unfortunately the free wifi was unusable (connected ok but basic websites were taking 30 seconds to open), only 5 channels worked on the TV (no reception on ITV1, channel 4, channel 5 or many others) and the toilet in my room was leaking. I tried to speak to a member of staff when checking out but as no one was around, I left a note on the reception. Parking is £7.50 a day, payable on exit. We ate at Lakeside but it is a 30 minute walk from the hotel across some very busy roads.
      "Great"
The staff are attentive, kind, considerate and very nice. The evening meal I had wasn't the greatest for the high price.
