    "Not the best, but not the worst."
    When we arrived to check in all 3 kiosks were out of order and despite pressing the buzzer it was a good 5 minutes before anyone came to the front desk to see to us. The room itself was fine, clean and comfortable however the hallway leading to it stank of weed and wasn't pleasant to walk down. We could hear the room above us most of the night and were woken up by a fire alarm in the morning, but there were no staff members communicating with us as to what was happening at the time, it could have been handled better.

    Visited in September just for an overnight stay to be close to friends for a night out. Was in the ideal location for a shopping trip and night out around Lakeside. Hotel was spotless and the staff were friendly and polite. Make sure you have the breakfast in the hotel, top notch food especially after a night out and cooked perfectly. Restaurant was very clean and staff again superb hospitality.

    Excellent customer service, very kind and helpful staff, so accommodating and friendly. breakfast was fantastic, cooked fresh and plenty of choice. Thank you for a wonderful stay ❤️
    "Ok for the price"
    Ok, room clean. Quite cold, heating would not warm up. Also think new phone chargers are need as not all phones are the standard usb, and there are no sockets near the beds to give the option to plug your charger in

    I liked the fact that the cleaning was always done on time, and the staff was very kind. Overall, the experience was a pleasant one.

    Premier Inn Hotel Thurrock West is handy for some of the UK's biggest shopping centres, not to mention central London. The M25 is only a couple of miles away, making it easy to get to everything from tourist attractions to business meetings. Take the little ones into London to some must-see venues like Madame Tussauds or the London Eye. Or get some serious shopping done, either in the West End or at Lakeside, Bluewater or Grays Town Centre. Arena Essex is a great day out for petrol heads. Whatever you do, you'll come back to tasty food at our restaurant and a comfy bed in your room.
