Thurrock West hotel

I am down here for work for months and the staff are nothing short of fantastic . The manager marina is excellent at what shes does . Always busy but always there to help . Also the rest of the staff i cant thank enough for their hospitality and so friendly. The rooms are great . Plenty of space . Would highly recommend to anyone visiting to give this hotel a go . I have no other words apart from the staff are a credit to the company .

Checking in was ridiculous….the door key wasn’t working which took 2 trips and a room change to sort this out and 15 min delay in checking in. The restaurant took 20 mins for someone to take my order and this was only because they served someone a cross from me who not long arrived, I had to call across the restaurant as the waitress walk away to get service…..served by the same person who’d told me at the bar I couldn’t order from her??? I was told when I pointed out that the chis were…..end of bag aka small, I was told that how the chips come out here…..I’ve been to enough Premier inns to know differently.

Room was tired and needs an uplift, wasn't good value, Cleanliness of the restaurant was questionable as my paper work when writing stuck to the table but the staff were good. Outside wasn't very welcoming and its showing its age and wouldn't stop here again

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help with anything we needed. A special thank you to Aušra and Živilė for their outstanding service. They were incredibly kind, professional, and always made us feel welcome. Their positive attitude and attention to detail made our stay even more enjoyable. They are a real credit to the hotel. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back. Thank you for such a great experience!

What a shambles we got there on the 5th June and a lady came out I said I have a reservation she said ok do it though self check out and have you paid for your parking so I scanned there QR code on the wall went up to the room to pay for this parking in turn the Wi-Fi must have cut out because it didn’t go though to my cost now sitting with a bill for £180 for 3 days parking maybe a good I dear is when you have customers sort out there rooms and parking yourself like any normal place the room was right on the road side to not quite at all it looked like a bit of a dump to be honest we won’t be back here ever again I feel very let down by the staff
