"Temporary Accommodation Hotel it seems"
What should have been a restful stay was far from it. Had a noisy guest somewhere close to us which was making a racket late into the night.
Notified the staff who were kind enough to investigate only to relay that they have found out who it is and management are aware yet nothing has been done/actioned. Further information provided was that it was a room that had been provided for temporary accommodation housing! Whilst we had to pay for the room in the hopes of getting rest, it was far from it.
Avoid at all costs if you actually want to rest or sleep

Great and relaxing hotel , fantastic room and very close to lakeside for shopping for some visiting, definitely recommend if you travel in the area

Premier Inn Hotel Thurrock West is handy for some of the UK's biggest shopping centres, not to mention central London. The M25 is only a couple of miles away, making it easy to get to everything from tourist attractions to business meetings.
Take the little ones into London to some must-see venues like Madame Tussauds or the London Eye. Or get some serious shopping done, either in the West End or at Lakeside, Bluewater or Grays Town Centre. Arena Essex is a great day out for petrol heads. Whatever you do, you'll come back to tasty food at our restaurant and a comfy bed in your room.
