"Great Hotel with Amazing Staff Like Lisa H and Mark"
I have been staying at Premier Inn Stansted Airport regularly for almost two years due to work, and it’s always a great experience. Lisa H, the night team manager, is fantastic — professional, approachable, and always goes out of her way to make sure guests feel comfortable during the night shift. Mark at reception is equally wonderful — friendly, efficient, and makes every check-in quick and hassle-free with a genuine smile. The hotel and the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff here truly make every stay a pleasure. It’s that kind of service and care that keeps me coming back. Thank you 😊
"Poor"
We stayed as a family a few weeks ago. You cannot open a window so it was tough to sleep. The restaurant was the most disappointing. It feels like they are taking advantage of the location. We dined there before and every year we feel that it is getting worse. The food was pretty awful, cooked from frozen. Portions were very small. It was very expensive. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
"Connecting Door Opened in the Middle of the Night - Disturbing Security Breach"
We stayed at Premier Inn London Stansted Airport for one night before an early morning flight (24–25 July 2025, Room 383). We went to bed very early to be rested for our travels. At around 2am, we were shocked to be woken by the connecting door to the adjacent room opening from the other side. We had no idea it was unlocked, and having another guest suddenly enter our room was extremely unsettling. We couldn’t sleep properly afterwards and felt on edge for the remainder of the night. This is a serious security concern. Hotel rooms should be private and secure at all times, and we expected better from a well-known brand like Premier Inn. The experience left us feeling unsafe and disappointed, especially given the importance of getting a good night’s rest before our flight.

We had a lovely stay, rooms are very comfy, location great close to airport and also some food venues and car rentals. We want to thank Alex at the front desk for helping us have a great stay! Keep it up
"Pre holiday stay"
Stayed here the night before holiday was made to feel welcome and all the staff was very friendly and helpful the food was good too.
