"Really nice, helpful welcome & service."
After a long drive from north Derbyshire, where we’d had our share of heavy traffic and diversions. The kids were bored and claiming starvation, I was longing for a beer. What a pleasure to be greeted by a smiling Sara, who took pity on me contemplating the screen check-in and sorted us out with a warm welcome and help with getting into the restaurant and shuttle bus to the terminal options for early the next morning. With a brilliant friendliness and efficiency like this, why would you choose anywhere else than Premier Inn? We won’t.
"A great stay for an early flight!"
Such a great experience which made getting an early flight so easy! The beds are extremely comfortable, staff friendly and check in easy! There are shuttles buses to the airport! Would recommend!
"Perfect start to holiday"
Such a great location opposite north terminal Nice dinner after arriving at the hotel, probably could have done the breakfast dinner meal deal for better value but didn't think we would have time for breakfast with an early flight
"A cheerful restaurant experience"
Youssef serving in the restaurant was so cheerful and seemed to love his job and to help. As my daughter said: he is very persuasive isn’t he? A great skill said I.
"Sorting a problem efficiently"
Having spoken to Linda on reception about a problem with the shower and lack of shower gel/shampoo, she apologised and offered us a free breakfast. However after sorting issue with her own computer system she was able to tell us that we'd already paid for a breakfast and early check in. The latter seeming odd as we arrived around midnight. Linda said she would look into it. About 30 minutes later she apologised again and said she'd be able to refund the breakfast for the issues we'd had in the room and also the early check in, which shouldn't have been added to our bill. Great job Linda, many thanks.
