A private shuttle bus runs between the hotel and the airport (bay 19 at the airport) at a cost of £4 per adult (free for children). Times are every 30 minutes 24/7.

"Sara on reception"
Sara on reception. Very professional. Sorted out the four rooms for all occupancy’s. Very knowledgeable about the local area and helped with our enquires.
"Lovely rooms but shared facilities are dated"
Lovely rooms and speedy check-in. Unfortunately, atmosphere downstairs is very diffetent. Sticky tables and slow service in the restaurant; bad quality food, dusty displays and noisy staff.
"Lost mobile - Hayley Excellent customer service"
Staying here the night before we go on holiday. Ate in the restaurant and thought I’d then lost my mobile phone upon returning to our room. Hayley was absolutely brilliant at helping to try and find it, and went above and beyond to help me. I couldn’t have asked for anyone better. An absolute credit to the company and I hope truly valued for her excellent customer skills. I found my mobile and it had ended up in my case! Meno madness! I’m sure everyone can imagine how stressful that is the night before your flight! Thanks again Hayley. Will never forget your kindness ❤️ xx
"Chefs bad day"
Rooms are kept clean and have all amenities, however the sofas in the bar area could do with some TLC. After a long day of travelling and not able to check in yet it would have been nice to have somewhere clean and comfortable to relax. Food was average, after waiting in over an hour for our dinner, we still ended up sending it back as it was cold. Maybe we were unfortunate to catch the chefs on a bad day, but it was very noticeable waiting staff were becoming stressed with the wait from the kitchen.
"Best Premier inn"
Very clean hotel and dinner was served by Youssef. I have not had customer service like this for many years, or seen such a good work ethic for even more years. Food was lush. Thank.you Youssef for starting our holiday off so well.
