Saffron Walden hotel

Please avoid as rooms are really noisy and service and food in restaurant terrible. Also hotel in 2 blocks and not connected so you can be miles away from each other

Have stayed at this location before and have found the staff very friendly and professional, the location of the Premier Inn is very easy to find and has plenty carparking spaces the room was clean and tidy, and noise level was very low that never bothered me whatsoever , I would definitely use again.

Evening meal lovely. Lewis our waiter was great fun and helpful.

Had a great stay at Premier Inn Saffron Walden the night before our holiday. The room was clean, comfortable and just what we needed. We also had dinner at the hotel, which was really enjoyable. It was quite busy during our visit, but the staff handled it really well. It was nice to see everyone helping each other and working as a team. Lucy, Harriot and Luka were all lovely, friendly and very helpful, which made the stay even better. We’d definitely stay here again before the airport (cheaper than airport hotels and free parking), Great hotel and a lovely team!

Really pleased with the Premier Inn in Saffron Walden. Immaculately clean room and hotel, this appears to be relatively new and was incredibly comfortable and easy enough to get to Stansted the following morning. We also had a few drinks and a meal in the restaurant, I did spare a thought for the staff who were incredibly rushed off their feet on a busy Monday manning the food, drinks, bar, and reception. They all seemed to work well as a unit, so kudos. Poppy was incredibly helpful throughout, during our dinner service and drinks, I could tell she had a lot to manage but was getting through it all! 👍🏾 Will be using this hotel again when travelling from Stansted.
