"Wonderful Experience"
We had a wonderful experience checking in thanks to Preet. They were so warm and friendly, and made sure all our questions were answered and our needs were met. Truly excellent hospitality.
"Second visit and welcomed back."
This is not the first stay at this hotel and upon arrival we were greeted with a friendly and warm welcome from Nihal who had recognised us from last year stay which was lovely. Check in was easy and the room was clean and cosy. We booked breakfast again and was not disappointed and was of a high standard same as last time. The hotel overall is clean and today, great refreshments in room as we had a premier plus and the little extras make the stay great. There is a vending machine with snacks and drinks and at reception they are happy to replenish coffee/tea etc. parking is great also. We again have had a relaxing stay and was a last minute booking due to family emergency, but would definitely return and feel Nihal is a great bonus to the hotel as is always so friendly and helpful.
"Great staff but tired hotel"
Parking and access was brilliant however the hotel is really tired and in desperate need for refurbishment. Carpets ripping and old/dirty, paintwork needs doing. However what really stood out for us and made the stay really good was the staff. The check-in staff, checkout staff were great and Farouk in the restaurant was brilliant who really looked after us and ensured we had a very comfortable and enjoyable time in the restaurant. The staff is what made this stay memorable for us.

The staff that work here are just so lovely! They made our stay and get the 5 stars. The hotel is tired and our room smelt a bit musty and damp but the staff and the amazing cooked to order breakfast were fantastic.
