Loughton/Buckhurst Hill hotel

Excellent location with friendly staff.The room was very comfortable and enjoyed it a lot. A very clean and well maintained hotel.

Premier Inn near Buckhurst Hill Tube for West End access. Quiet, clean and in good repair with the usual Premier Inn fab bed matresses. We booked the Continental Breakfast which was extensive. 4 juices, about 9 teas and a machine for Coffee with at least 6 choices of type fed from freshly ground beans. Pastries; croissant, pan aux chocolate, muffins, pikelets, toast amongst others. Porridge which we added the Berry compote to as well as a squirt of honey. There were also freshly sliced fruits and a choice of yoghurts. Premier Inns are usually of a good standard but what sets this one apart is the staff. A cheery welcome day or night and any request dealt with quickly and efficiently. A special shout out to Nihal whose smile never wavered. Great customer service. The car park is beside the building and spaces were always available. There is a Toby Carvery on site too, an added facility though we didn't visit.

Staff was brilliant and very good service our toilet seat was broken and I went to front desk the man there was very polite and helpful he offered us a change of room or a free breakfast for us so we had to the breakfast. Very pleasant experience would come back all th staff are lovely

Good service, helpful staff. Preet has been especially helpful whenever I’ve had any issues with bookings or if I have any requests

It was an overall very nice stay. We stayed for 3 nights and the customer service was great and the breakfast was even better.
