"Lovely stay in Loughton"
Great location as it was near our wedding venue. Lovely breakfast and very nice staff who were courteous and helpful. The rooms bed was very comfortable

This is the 5th or 6th time I’ve stayed in this hotel, the staff work really hard to ensure you have a lovely stay. The restaurant managerFarouk and Chef Rosie ensure your breakfast is just how you like it and Receptionist Sonia is really polite and helpful. Well done

Excellent staff on reception and in breakfast area. Breakfast cooked to order so nice and fresh and not lying in a bain marie. . Immaculately clean and what a great nights sleep. Good location with parking and transport links. Always a pleasure to stay at this premier inn and it’s undoubtedly the best one for customer service.
