Harlow North (Harlow Mill) hotel

Hotel good, exactly what we expect from Premier Inn, receptionist was fantastic, really friendly and welcoming despite it being after midnight. Sadly the breakfat experience let the whole stay down. Mature woman who "greeted"??!!!!? us was miserbale and made us feel very unwelcome.

Very good hotel very clean rooms the food was amazing the staff very helpful especially the staff at front desk summer was very helpful and made me feel so welcome always had a smile on her face she deserves a pay rise exceptional service

Stayed here plenty of times in the past. It is always a clean hotel with very friendly staff. Car park is large for the hotel which is appreciated as the hotel can be busy especially around Christmas. Breakfast is served a very short walk away at the beefeater, staff there are also friendly. The price of a room does change depending on demand. Rooms are nice and spacious with a kettle and free coffee / tea as well as other common hotel room amenities. Sound proofing between the rooms is also very decent. All but about 5 rooms have been renovated to the newer premier inn style, not sure why these final rooms have yet to be renovated, (rennovation for this hotel happened a while ago now), but you still get the same amenaties just a smaller TV and a couple other very minor differences if you get one of these rooms.

Clean room, comfy bed, no usb ports beside the bed, no stand for the suitcase. Restaurant close by but no covered walkway, poor lighting to the restaurant.
