We stayed here over several weeks whilst helping family. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. We only had breakfast but there was a good choice. I messed one booking up and the staff went above and beyond to sort it out for us.

I work away from home for weeks at a time so every now and again we use premier inn. This particular premier inn at Chelmsford services was very welcoming very clean and hot breakfast đł. Myself and two work mate's were staying in the truck's. We went back to your hotel for a couple of drinks and an evening meal your staff on the night wete amazing your CHEF LAUREN did an absolutely wonderful mixed grill cooked perfect. DEBORAH was a lovely lady and very easy to talk to really helpful there was a young lady called BROOKE what a STAR â these three ladies are a credit to your company all three of us will be parking there whenever we can.

"Shabby Rooms"
Shabby and smelly room on the ground floor. I could not open my room's curtains as there was a bin and workmen working right outside my window. In addition you have to pay ÂŁ8 a day for parking (there is another Premier Inn just 10 minutes away that has free parking).
