"Nice hotel but a few things lacking"
The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful. My friend and I would have liked more storage space for clothes and other items, both in the room and especially in the bathroom was there wasn't really anywhere to put fresh clothes when showering/changing. There was no bin in the bathroom, so we had to ask for a plastic bag several times.
"Very good but"
Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is well situated for access to the city centre. Rooms and beds were comfortable We did however have a problem with a strong smell of sewage in our bathroom.
"Very poor nights sleep"
Aircon turns off automatically after 15mins or so, NOT good when the entire place is roasting hot (stayed during heatwave) - kept waking sweating hot and having restart the aircon - very poor nights sleep!
"Great location, rooms too warm"
Lovely staff and great location but rooms are way too hot and cold air temperature only goes to 19 and turns off after 2 hours . The windows don’t open either do very hot and stuffy and hard to sleep.
"It is a good hotel for a hort break"
Great position, parking could be better. But staff were super friendly, great chef. Clean rooms. Good bar. Breakfast plentiful. Everything we needed.
