"Excellent stopover and value for money"
Excellent location within a few hundred yards of the station and the place we were visiting. The Hotel was a bit different to access but once we found the lift and ventured into the bar are we were greeted with a friendly reception. We booked in and were helped to a table to eat our evening meal we had booked, which was very good, we upgraded to a steak for very little extra. We were explained where we would find our room and all was easy from then onwards. comfortable beds, clean bathroom and coffee available. Next morning we had a full English breakfast which was very good. We only stayed one night and I would definitely recommend it.
"The best experience ❤️"
I am not in a good time of my life, but when I come to stay in this hotel I feel extraordinary. no matter how upset you are and you meet Giulio with a very friendly smile and happy to help you with everything you feel special, but the girls are also very nice and smiling Karis, Chantel, Natasha, Nikki and of course Mr. Richard make a super good team and very welcoming. The rooms are very clean and I think that we as customers should be more attentive. My dears, thank you for everything and I will always come back with pleasure. Elena
"Nice hotel but a few things lacking"
The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful. My friend and I would have liked more storage space for clothes and other items, both in the room and especially in the bathroom was there wasn't really anywhere to put fresh clothes when showering/changing. There was no bin in the bathroom, so we had to ask for a plastic bag several times.
"Very good but"
Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is well situated for access to the city centre. Rooms and beds were comfortable We did however have a problem with a strong smell of sewage in our bathroom.
"Very poor nights sleep"
Aircon turns off automatically after 15mins or so, NOT good when the entire place is roasting hot (stayed during heatwave) - kept waking sweating hot and having restart the aircon - very poor nights sleep!
