    "Easy place to stay for Chelmsford"
    The parking was very easy and free. The Receptionist was very friendly and efficient. We had a carpark facing room which was quieter than the main road side. Comfy bed. Good bathroom facilities.
    "Lovely weekend away"
    The bed was very comfy, room was clean and a very decent size. Staff were extremely friendly, always someone around if you need them. Food was as expected, fresh and plenty available. Would definitely stay here again
    "A lovely overnight stay"
    The staff were lovely and always happy to help, with bonus points for the server at breakfast who was very attentive to our needs ensuring we were satisfied throughout our time in the restaurant. It's in a good location with plenty to see and do within a short drive of the hotel; we went into Basildon and had dinner followed by an evening of fun and unique golf. Additionally, there's a pub within a minutes walk should you wish to stay nearby. The only downside of our stay was that the bath connector between tap and shower head was faulty, but hopefully this will be resolved now that the team are aware!
    "Enjoyable stay."
    We chose this hotel because of its close proximity to London. The reception staff were very helpful and welcoming. The rooms were clean and comfortable however, what made this stay special was the very friendly restaurant staff at breakfast the following morning. The chef was working very hard, and the two ladies who were attending to guests and clearing tables were very amenable and approachable. In particular Jasmine who was lovely. When she found out it was our daughter's birthday she brought a little bag of goodies for her which was much appreciated. Well done Premier Inn for employing such wonderful staff!
