"Dreadful"
Terrible parking facilities - nearest was station which only covered the car til 4.30am ridiculous so ended up paying 2 days Hotel shabby couple making out on stairwell - publicly Deffo avoid and I will remove from our business booker
"Highly recommended but ask for more towels"
The Premier Inn in Brentwood was very good. I will certainly stay there again and highly recommend it. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The only disadvantages were only two tea bags and no coffee in our room plus just one hand towel and one bath towel. It would be useful to be told when booking in, where to get more.
"Review"
The room was lovely but the staff were rude. We attempted to talk to them and they just ignored us and walked off. There was also shouting and fighting on the car park and police turning up which then scared my young child
"Not up to usual Premier Inn standard"
It took 2 rings of bell to alert someone on arrival and it was stressful with 20 minute waiting limit. Only one bath towel and no tea or coffee; not up to usual Premier Inn standard. However, bar staff were very pleasant.
"Good value"
Very good value, clean and spacious rooms. Friendly staff and perfect location for us, easy connection into London but also close to family.
