"No complaints at all"
First stay at this location, hotel quite small which was fine, staff were all friendly and efficient, room as expected, decent nights sleep, very quiet even though we were on the ground floor with the carpark outside, shared with the Harvester next door. Bonus of plated breakfast this morning, not buffet, much prefer this but suited the hotel to do it this way based on bookings. Happy to stay here again if in the area.
"Really Dissapointed"
Room was over 27 degrees, window didn't open and no air conditioning just a little table fan that barely worked ,couldn't stay in the room and had no others available so we left ,totally ruined our night out as we had to drive and couldn't enjoy our sons 40th birthday party. It was also very noisy as its on a roundabout of a main busy road. Very poor for Premier Inn,definitely would not recommend. I have complained and am waiting for a response as I would like a refund or at least part refund
"Good experience"
On the whole good hotel to stay in. The warm welcome at reception, the room/bedding was clean, facilities, tea/coffee/mugs etc very good and you can replenish at the reception as you need to. Couple of small points, the toilet paper was very poor quality and we had to use reams of it to suit purpose! If you're going to leave the shower gel/hand containers that have been used, clean them please especially around the tops. Breakfast, the choices were excellent, covered all palettes and alergy/vegan requirements. The quality of the food 😋 nom nom, however, it was only just luke warm which let it down a little and better care of making sure napkins/cutlery are replaced and ready for use would be helpful. I would recommend this hotel, added bonus of having a Harvester right next door, perfect. Great service, great food.a 👍 👌

Very comfortable beds. Everything was spotless and clean. Although there was no air-conditioning, ghe room had a fan and it was cool enough.
